We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
We also offer one complimentary size exchange per order within Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • Free of damage or excessive wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


How to Start a Return

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

If you need a different size, we’re happy to help arrange an exchange if inventory is available.

We offer one complimentary exchange per order for size adjustments within Canada. Redeemer will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition before a replacement item can be shipped.

Additional exchanges or returns beyond the first may require the customer to cover shipping costs.
